On a personal note: Last week I had a pinched nerve in my neck. Anyone who has suffered from one knows the pain it can cause. I called Catherine Breeden at Brunswick Wellness Center and fortunately she had an open appointment. She gave my neck a massage with oils.

Thanks to Catherine I was feeling much better and the pain all gone within a few hours. I just wanted to point out what a great service we have right here in Brunswick. If you want to relieve stress take thirty minutes or an hour and let Catherine work her magic! It is just the thing for those of us who are always on the run… or consider a gift certificate to someone who would benefit from this great treatment. Call Catherine at 301-401-0998.
