The meeting was called to order at 6:30 pm.

1 - Minutes were approved as written.

2 - Dave was not present to give the treasurer report. For information on the finance reports contact Dave Swope.

4 - The 2009 Awards Selection were made and will be announced at the March 18th Awards Dinner.

3 - Rosemary gave the Membership Committee report. 

4 - Events:  The monthly Business Card Exchanges will be as follows:

March 18 – GBACC Award Dinner 7:00 PM to

April 22 – Speed Networking – 6:30 PM to 8:30 PM It was agreed to advertise this event to encourage non-members to attend.

May 19 – Upward Enterprises, Inc, early hours 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM

June 17 – Grasshopper Garden & Patio 6:00PM to 8:00 PM

Trade Show – It was decided GBACC will rent one table at the Frederick Chamber of Commerce Trade Show.  Members' literature will be displayed on the table. If individual members wish to sublease 1/3 of the table they may do so for $200.  Space will be let on a first-come, first-served basis.

5 - GBACC General Business Meeting:  The board has voted to change the meeting time for the General Meeting to the second Wednesday of the month, 7:30 am at the Green Country Inn. There will no longer be evening meetings.  This will take effect in May.

The Geocache Program and the Jobs Fair were announced at the meeting.
