The meeting was called to order at 6:35 pm.
1 - Minutes were approved as written.
2 - GBACC Treasurer David Swope was not present but had advised no changes since the General Meeting.
3 - Membership - The current monthly business meeting had been called into question because of poor attendance. The board discussed possible solutions to the problem which were shared at the June Monthly Business Meeting. It was decided that, starting in July, GBACC will alternate an informal morning coffee/meeting with a morning business meeting. The first such coffee will be on July 14th.
GBACC will be working with the EDC to host the monthly Business Breakfast and find a speaker so the regular GBACC Business Meeting will not have a speaker unless someone requests to talk to our membership. There will be no major changes or changes to the GBACC Charter.

July 7 - A picnic with the Middletown Area Chamber of Commerce (MACC)
August 12 - GBACC & LBA at the WeatherLea Farm in Lovettsville

October - Railroad Days reception with Brunswick Main Street

A Shredding Day in conjunction with the Brunswick "Gives Back" Day is awaiting a decision on the date for the "Gives Back" event.
The Welcome Baskets are going to be distributed by GBACC. A web address list is being compiled of Businesses in the Brunswick Area so they can be notified where information can be dropped off for the baskets. August is the target date for the basket distribution. A request for members to join a "Welcome Basket" committee will go out in the bulletin soon.
The Brunswick Music Festival is June 19th. A pair of VIP Tickets will be given as a door prize at the June 17th Business Card Exchange.
GBACC will begin helping EDC find speakers for the Brunswick Business Breakfast starting with the September breakfast. A notice will go in the Friday bulletin for members to suggest speakers for the breakfast.
Rosemary Huf, as part of the Brunswick Main Street Economic Restructuring Committee, will hold a tour of available business locations in the downtown Brunswick area. The tour will be in late July or early August.
It was decided by the board "all" events in the Brunswick Area, not just GBACC events, should be included in the GBACC Web Calendar.
