The meeting was called to order at 6:30 pm.

1 - Minutes were approved as written.

2 - GBACC Treasurer David Swope gave the treasurer report.  For questions about the report please contact Dave.

3 - Membership - Rosemary Huf, Membership Chair, gave P & N Computer Systems a membership package.  Over the next few months Rosemary hopes to complete a audit of the membership list and check for members who have not been entered and delete ones no longer members.  Phil Graves will advise her on how to print a list from the membership directory.  Phil will also advise Dave on Pay Pal membership dues.

The Community Shredding Day is Saturday, August 28th from 10:00 am to 1:00 pm.  BB&T and Brunswick Eagles Club are co-sponsors with GBACC.  Cheryl will be in attendance and will be representing BB&T.  The Eagle Club may have a representative at the event.  Ellis will also be at the shredding.

A notice will be put in the August 27 Friday bulletin for anyone interested in working on the welcome basket committee to contact the GBACC secretary so a meeting can be called to finalize the baskets.

Rosemary Huf is in charge of the GBACC booth at the September 28th, Frederick Business Expo.  She is attending the August 25th expo orientation.
